Eagle Scout Honored at BOE Meeting

BOE Member Steve Placido presents Kevin with plaque

Kevin R., a 2009 graduate of Manchester Township High School, was honored at the January Board of Education meeting for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Kevin's Eagle Scout project was to build picnic tables for the township's soccer field on Colonial Drive. Kevin came up with idea when he noticed that the LMSA (Lakehurst-Manchester Soccer Assoc.) had built a new concession building with a concrete pad in front of it, but had no tables there.
