Non-Public Timeline for Title I Services
Consultation occurs one time during each school year. We ask that you participate in the spring consultation meeting to help us design an equitable program that meets the needs of all students living in Manchester Township.
2025-2026 School Year - Important Dates
Spring consultation letters will be mailed to schools by April 11, 2025. See this link for a copy of the letter.
The Manchester Township School District is opting to collect the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey every year. SEE BELOW for how to send that survey to us:
Complete the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey (PDF) and save the PDF after completing it.
E-mail the completed survey to title1nonpublic@mtschools.org by May 15, 2025. This must be submitted by May 15, 2025, for review/consideration of a Title I allocation.
Spring Consultation Meeting: May 15, 2025, will be held in person
You must register to attend this Spring Consultation Meeting. Due to space limitations, no more than two people may attend.

Use of ESEA Funds to Meet Identified Nonpublic Student Needs Form
If you do not wish to participate, please complete the ESEA Nonpublic Refusal of Funds Affirmation PDF and save the PDF after completing it. Email the completed form to title1nonpublic@mtschools.org by May 15, 2025.
The ESEA Title I, II, III, and IV Applications are due to the state of NJ by June 30, 2025.
Allocation letters will be sent to vendors in mid-July, pending our receipt of the approved application from the state of NJ.
Student qualification forms should be completed as soon as possible. Services can not begin until qualification forms are approved and we receive a school year calendar and bell schedule.

Title I Student Literacy and Math Referral Form - Nonpublic Schools: Please complete the form by June 16, 2025, to ensure services can start at the beginning of the 25-26 school year. This form should be submitted for each student to determine eligibility for Title I services.
The Manchester Township School District is required to collect nonpublic school calendars and bell schedules to ensure equitable services for Manchester Township School District students are occurring in a timely and efficient manner. Please be sure to upload these documents in English.
