We run a monthly parent support group which is offered virtually. These tend to run for about 45 minutes. The link to the meetings are on the RDS website. We have had presenters on numerous topics, for example: post 21 programs, Bullying Prevention, Self-Care etc.  We focus on community resources and programs. Flyers are sent home with information each month.
