Seizures
A seizure is a brief disruption of electrical activity in the brain. Epilepsy is a neurological disorder that cause people to have recurrent seizures.
Epilepsy is not a mental illness and not mental retardation, and not contagious.
The most important thing to remember is to stay calm, and prevent injury.
Make comfortable and observe and time the seizure.
