Teacher: pre-k 2 certified teacher organizes learning opportunities and guides instruction. Instructional coach: primary role is to visit classrooms and coach teachers using reflective practices to improve instruction. Teacher Assistant: assists classroom teacher with activities and instruction.. Director: supervises the development organization, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of all preschool program. Principal: play an integral role in shaping the quality of each preschool program component, from the oversight of teachers to recruitment/outreach efforts. Community and Parent involvement Specialist.: completes community needs assessment, staffs the ECAC, and organizes family involvement pans and activities.
