Eleven and twelfth grade Manchester Township High School (MTHS) students took the opportunity today to attend the Direct Employment Career Fair in the high school’s Media Center.
They spoke with employers from our area about career opportunities post-graduation. Representatives from the Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS), the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, Manchester’s Public Works Department, Ocean County College (OCC), multiple branches of the military, pool management co., technical institutes, automotive training, Hackensack Meridian Health, and New Jersey Courts were on hand to talk with students and share with them career opportunities available.
Students were fully engaged with the process, asking questions and inquiring about the jobs available after they leave a Hawks Nest.
Thank you to Dana Simonelli from the MTHS Guidance Department for coordinating this effort and thank you to all of the representatives who came in to speak to Manchester’s students today!
