Ridgeway Elementary School is honored and excited to reintroduce your new Principal, Ms. Sarah Thiffault, and to introduce your new Vice Principal, Ms. Dana DiLorenzo! They are looking forward to welcoming all students back to Ridgeway Elementary School tomorrow and continuing its legacy of excellence in education.
Drawing from her experience as an elementary and high school educator and administrator, Principal Thiffault is eager to bring to Ridgeway Elementary a fresh perspective while honoring the school's established strengths. Her 21-year background as a dedicated educator began in Toronto, Canada teaching grade 1/2 split. She most recently served as Vice Principal at Manchester High Township High School while supporting the elementary administration for the past 4 years.
Vice Principal DiLorenzo brings to Ridgeway Elementary over thirteen years of experience as an elementary school teacher in Jackson. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of teaching in various capacities—ranging from general education and special education to intervention—and most recently, served as a Reading Specialist. Her journey has been deeply rewarding providing an opportunity for her to work closely with diverse student populations, fostering their growth and learning in both traditional and specialized settings. Vice Principal DiLorenzo is incredibly excited to be working alongside Ms. Thiffault and join such a dedicated staff and supportive community.
Together both Principal Thiffault and Vice Principal DiLorenzo strive to create a school environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Their goal is to foster a love for lifelong learning by promoting a positive school culture that is engaging and accessible to all students. They are committed to:

All Ridgeway families are invited to a meet and greet with Ms. DiLorenzo, the new vice principal at Ridgeway Elementary School before Back to School Night. If you did not have the opportunity to join Ms. Thiffault at the Popcorn with the Principal event last month, this is also a great opportunity to get to know both Ms. Thiffault and Ms. DiLorenzo before Back to School Night!
