The holiday fun has begun as a special visitor was spotted making his rounds throughout the MTSD! Along with special guest Mrs. Claus, Santa has been helping light Christmas trees, spreading holiday cheer, & may be found enjoying a cup of cocoa with students this month!

MTSD’s Teachers & Educational Service Professionals (ESP) were surprised when Interim Superintendent Diane Pedroza & Administrators visited each building to congratulate the 2023-24 Teachers of the Year & ESPs of the Year! See who earned these recognitions at manchestertwp.org.

The Manchester Tree Lighting Ceremony that was scheduled for tonight, Friday Dec. 1st, has been cancelled due to the expected inclement weather.
Next Saturday, Dec. 9th will be Christmas in the Pines, including lighting the Harry Wright Lake Christmas tree & other festivities.


MTHS NHS presents a fun-filled Craft & Vendor Market on Dec. 10 10a-3p with 70+ artisans, crafters, food & family fun. A NEW addition to the event is the Gingerbread House Contest! Event proceeds to benefit local charities. Event info, activities & vendors at manchestertwp.org.




The MTSD Preschool Program's Creative Curriculum incorporates Studies that focus on topics throughout the year which bring classroom lessons to life by encouraging critical thinking and working together to learn. Students just completed the Tree Study! More at manchestertwp.org.

The MTHS Junior Achievement volunteers kicked off the 23-24 JA Program at Whiting School today! This Program led by Heather Staples empowers students to make a difference in their communities as leaders while serving as role models to younger students. More at manchestertwp.org!

As a reminder, all Manchester Township Schools will have an early dismissal tomorrow, Wednesday, November 22nd, and will be closed for Thanksgiving Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th. The district will reopen for all students on Monday, November 27th.


There is a Board of Education meeting tonight, Tuesday November 21st, at the Manchester Township Middle School. The public portion begins at 6:30PM.
