Happy Presidents’ Day! Today is a great opportunity for our students to learn more about the history of the presidency and the impact leaders like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln have had on our country. Through classroom discussions and activities, they will be exploring what it means to lead as the President of the United States.

On this Valentine’s Day, MTHS seniors are spreading love and kindness with a donation drive to support Providence House. Whiting Elementary School's preschool students celebrated Love the Bus Month today by creating handmade cards for each of their bus drivers. Their colorful drawings and sweet messages are a heartfelt way to thank their drivers at school pickup. We appreciate you!

MTHS senior Mia C. is inviting the community to come together in support of those who have served our country. Through her National Honor Society Senior Service Project, All Hands in For Veterans, Mia is collecting essential and comfort items for veterans receiving care at the VA hospital in Toms River. Inspired by her strong connection to the military and veteran community, Mia hopes this effort will be a meaningful way to give back. Donations are being accepted now through March 6, and all members of the community are welcome to participate and help make a difference for our local veterans.
